Tiffany Petite, Co-Founder and Clinical Director of Virtuous Circle Counselling (VCC). With a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Waterloo and certifications as a Registered Clinical Social Worker (RCSW) in Alberta and British Columbia, Tiffany has built her career on a foundation of compassion and expertise.

She launched VCC in 2020, inspired by a vision to provide timely, accessible mental health care during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Her focus is on empowering clients to grow and thrive through self-determination. In recognition of VCC’s remarkable work, The Globe and Mail’s Report on Business named the company one of Canada’s Top Growing Companies in 2024 (#33).
