Dr. Geoff Gregson is an Asst. Professor at the University of Alberta, specializing in innovation systems, new product commercialization, and risk capital investment. He is a member of Canada’s GEM team (Global Entrepreneurship Monitor) and an advisor on transformational entrepreneurship for the Women’s Economic Imperative (WEI). As an entrepreneur, Geoff has started up four ventures and is co-founder and Chairman of Axienta, Ltd, a global software firm. He holds a PhD (Management) and LLM (IP Law) from the University of Edinburgh and MBA from the University of Calgary.
